Project Overview
Soundaathon is a single page application which allows users to seek music events in their local area. It is a platform for local underground artists to provide information on where they will be performing, and for local music venues to promote events to their patrons.

Tech stack: React, Leaflet, React-Leaflet, and netlify for deployment.

Soundathon is only available in NYC, but there are plans to expand it world wide, coming soon.

On the soundathon app, users can view their current location. Here they can view which event locations are within their 5 mile and 10 mile radius, and beyond.🚀

Venue owners and artists can add events to the map. 
               🎶




Users can view events by borough (ie. Manhattan), and click on the marker for more information about each venue, including links to the venue's website.




Users and venues can view information about underground local bands under the Band Info tab
